Over the years, Jose has gained extensive experience working with growers. His academic background, including a Bachelor's and Master's in Soils and Irrigation, as well as a PhD in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering with a focus on Controlled Environment Agriculture, informs his technical demonstrations, coaching sessions, and his approach to finding optimal solutions for diverse challenges. Since joining the Grower Services team in 2013, he has distinguished himself by his expertise in understanding the interactions between substrates, water, plants, and the aerial environments of plants.
