Duration: 30 minutes

In this webinar, Mathias Plourde (biochemist and market specialist) will explain how these two ingredients will prevent root disease in your plants, increasing plant tolerance to environmental stresses (drought, salinity, compaction) and the symbiosis between these and your soil.

Nutrients and water are essential components for effective plant growth. Most growing media are constituted of Peat, coco coir, perlite, vermiculite, bark and others materials that are poor in microorganism's content and diversity. By adding biological active ingredients, such as beneficial mycorrhizae and bacillus, an earlier and efficient use of water and nutrients will help plants reach optimum crop yield and quality.

Mycorrhizae will connect with the plant roots to increase the total absorptive area, enhance the use of fertilizer and water for better-quality, robust plants, and reduce environmental stress, while the biofungicide protects plants by reducing the incidence of plant root diseases (Fusarium, Pythium and Rhizoctonia) and suppressing certain insects, including fungus gnats and thrips.

As we can see, both microorganisms have major effects on plant quality and subsequently on yield. However, putting each organism alone will provide the individual beneficial effect on plant, while combining them will make them work harder into achieving greater results.

Join us in these 30 minutes where Mathias will talk about these microorganisms, helping you better understand their impacts on your medicinal plants.
